M. A. A. Mohd Salleh
Mr. Salleh is currently a PhD student at School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering under the Nihon Superior Centre for the Manufacture of Electronic Materials (NSCMEM). He is currently a Lecturer in Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia in which his PhD is funded and have experience in solder related research for almost 7 years. He had his industrial working experience at Intel Corporation for 3 years before joining the university as an academician.
