Meiken Falke
Meiken Falke received her PhD in experimental physics from The Technical University of Chemnitz in Germany and worked in various areas of analytical electron microscopy. After 9 years of holding a university lectureship position, which also included a 3 years postdoc at the UK SuperSTEM laboratory during its starting time, she joined the Bruker Nano GmbH in 2008. At Bruker Meiken is responsible for hardware, software and application development in the field of energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Coming from materials science, one of her interests at present is to find useful ways of solving analytical problems in life science applying EDS.
